Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout Support for Adults

You’re Successful – But Depleted

You’re respected for your competence, integrity, and ability to perform under pressure.

From the outside, everything works. But privately, it feels different.

The pace you’ve sustained is catching up – exhaustion that lingers despite rest, difficulty shutting off at night, and a growing sense of disconnection at home.

What once seemed manageable now feels costly. These patterns build quietly – by the time you notice it – the patterns are deeply ingrained.

Why You’re Depleted

  • Sustained responsibility changes how you function.
  • Overworking becomes normal.
  • Overfunctioning becomes expected.
  • Emotional avoidance becomes efficient.

You trained to push through, exceed expectations, and stay productive no matter what. Over time, that creates a quiet strain – chronic exhaustion, disrupted sleep, emotional distance in relationships, and a subtle sense that your success is no longer aligned with what matters most.

Build a Life Where Success and Peace Exist

You don’t have to choose between achievement and well-being.

It’s possible to maintain a high level of performance without sacrificing your health, relationships, or sense of self.

This work is about creating a way of living where success and peace both exist – where you can continue to excel without operating in a constant state of depletion.

It is possible to build a life where success and peace both exist – where ambition does not come at the expense of your health, relationships, or integrity.

Teletherapy for Anxious Adults Can Work

Psychologist Ohio and owner of Grace Endures Psychotherapy provides counseling to professionals online, including Online Counseling Ohio, Online Counseling USA, Online counselling USA, Therapy USA.

Hi, I'm Tricha Weeks

I'm a psychologist who supports adults who endure with the weight of anxiety, stress, and burnout. The adults I work with often carry significant responsibilities and are seeking to align their roles and responsibilities with their values.

Our Work Together

Together, we slow things down just enough to examine the habits that are keeping you stuck – overworking, overfunctioning, and emotional suppression.

We look at how these patterns shape your routines, your relationships, and your internal state.

Then we make targeted, practical adjustments – how your energy is used, where it’s depleted, and what needs to shift so your personal and professional lives stop competing with each other.

The changes are intentional and measurable, designed to create lasting impact without unnecessary complexity.

Realign Success With What Matters Most

At some point, pushing harder stops working.

What’s needed instead is clarity.

Clarity about what actually matters to you – not what’s expected, rewarded, or externally validated.

From there, we begin to realign how you work, lead, and live so your success feels sustainable again. So you can slow down when needed, be present with the people who matter, and regain a sense of control over your time, energy, and attention.

Teletherapy for Adults

FAQs: Teletherapy for Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout

I specialize in working with adults to address:

  • Chronic stress, Burnout and Sleep difficulties
  • Trauma responses and moral injury
  • Relationship challenges
  • Misalignment between roles, responsibilities and personal values
  • Life transitions

My clients tend to be professionals, leaders, public servants, and adults whose lives and responsibilities include frequent travel or relocating.

My clients tend to be well-informed consumers who know what they’re looking for, sometimes they just may not know how to get there. They are accustomed to implementing changes and moving forward with their lives.

I use an integrative, holistic – values based approach that includes clients cultural and spiritual practices, when relevant and desired, in coordination with complimentary evidence informed methods. The foundation is grounded in clinical rigor and ethical practice.

Some of evidenced-based methods used may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Exposure Therapy (ET)
  • Insight-oriented therapy
  • Emotion-focused strategies
  • Behavioral skill-building techniques

Yes. Chronic stress often interferes with sleep regulation. Therapy helps identify stress patterns, nervous system activation, and behavioral factors contributing to insomnia or disrupted sleep, supporting sustainable restoration over time.

Typically within 1 week.

After the consultation and completion of intake paperwork, your first appointment is scheduled.

During your first therapy appointment the focus is on understanding what brings you to therapy and what changes you want to create.

We may discuss:

  • Current challenges or stressors
  • Personal and professional pressures
  • Relevant background experiences
  • Goals for therapy
  • Questions you have about the process

There is no pressure to share everything immediately.

The goal is simply to begin developing a clear understanding of what support would be most helpful.

After this appointment, ongoing appointments are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed times reserved exclusively for you. I realize that life happens, and sometimes an appointment may need to be rescheduled – so I offer flexible rescheduling streamlined through the client portal.

Please note: I can only guarantee my availability based on mutually agreed times that reserved in advance exclusively for you.

Yes. Therapist is a broad term for a licensed professional who provides talk therapy using various approaches. Many therapists hold master’s degrees such as:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)

A Psychologist holds a doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and receives extensive training in:

  • Psychological assessment
  • Research
  • Diagnosis
  • Evidence-based treatment methods

Because of this training, psychologists often work with more complex psychological patterns and diagnostic evaluations.

Sessions can range between $100-$250+ without insurance.

The following factors impact the ranges of fees:

I’m a private pay, out-of-network provider, and voluntarily opted-out of Medicare. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance plan (see the benefits checker below). If you have Medicare, you are solely responsible to pay for services and services can begin after signing a private contract.

Regardless of how services are funded, a valid payment card is securely kept on file with a signed open authorization to process payment at the time of your appointment.

It depends. Insurance coverage for teletherapy varies by provider, plan, and state. Some insurance plans cover teletherapy similarly to in-person therapy, while others have limitations.

I’m an out-of-network provider, so if you have out-of-network benefits that cover teletherapy, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance plan.

Use this complimentary out-of-network benefits checker to clarify:

  • Reimbursement rates

  • Deductibles

  • Copay expectations

I see clients Mondays – Wednesdays from 9am-7pm EST, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-5pm EST. I’m not available 24/7.

I respond to messages within 1 business day, during standard business hours and times I’m not scheduled with clients.

From the time you schedule the consultation and first appointment, ongoing appointments are scheduled in advance to reserve a mutually agreed upon appointment for you. Additionally, I offer flexible rescheduling that is streamlined through the client portal.

Please note: I can only guarantee my availability based on mutually agreed times reserved in advance exclusively for you.

I’m not available 24/7 and this practice is designed for ongoing, depth-oriented therapy rather than crisis stabilization. For medical or psychiatric emergencies, call 911, call/text 988 or go to the nearest hospital. For the Veteran’s Crisis Line call 988 (press #1) or text 838255.

Count on me to be straightforward, upfront, and collaborative. I want to know when you have questions or concerns, so we can address them head on.

I balance humor, challenge and support with emphasis on personal autonomy, respect for privacy, and the gravity of what my clients manage every day.

Care is collaborative, reflective, and guided by ongoing clinical assessment, progress towards your individual goals, and clinical outcomes. I value tailoring goals/interventions to your individual needs.

Therapy is most effective with steady attendance, openness, and application of strategies between appointments – so,  generally appointments are 45-minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly on a recurring basis are most effective to quickly incorporate changes and healing through the ebbs & flows of life; however, this isn’t necessarily the case for everyone.

I base suggestions about frequency, length and duration of sessions on current level of functioning, goals and progress toward your goals.

This is a collaborative process. Sometimes weekly sessions are necessary; however, other times less frequent sessions may be effective to reach your goals.
